Buyer, seller, or refi: what to prep for a smooth mobile closing (no in-office printing)
What to bring, typical timelines, and practical tips that prevent re-signs and delays.
Before we arrive
- Docs printed & organized. We don’t print on-site for these packages.
- IDs for all signers (government photo; names must match docs).
- Witnesses: ask your title or escrow contact if any are required. You may bring your own witnesses. Witnesses from Kelly need at least 4 hours notice and are not guaranteed. If he cannot bring them, he tells you at least 2 hours before the appointment and refunds the witness fee.
- Quiet table & good lighting.
Timing & fees
- Most signings run 45–90 minutes depending on package size.
- Closing prices are set per package: seller closing $500, purchase closing $550, refinance closing $550, loan modification $350. Printing is a separate choice at $100. Travel is a set fee for your Massachusetts town, shown in the booking form. Payment is in full when you book. Early morning, evening, Sunday and holiday premiums may apply.
Avoid re-signs
- Confirm any ink color or initialing rules ahead of time.
- Ensure names and vesting are correct before we arrive.
- Have contact for your closer/attorney if questions arise.
