Estate Planning Documents Fees
My fees for Estate Planning Documents range from $150 to $350 depending on travel distance to the signing location and if I am to provide witnesses for the signing or the signer is to provide the witnesses for the signing. I can print the mortgage documents and bring them to the client for an additional printing fee, if the client requires it.
General Notary Work Fees
My fees for General Notary work is $60 per Notary stamp. Travel Fee will be charged in addition to notary fee at a rate of $0.67 cents per mile. My fees max out at $250 based on what document you need notarized, the number of notarizations, and the distance I have to travel to meet with you
Mortgage Docs Signing Fees
My fees for Mortgage Documents Signing range from $150 to $350 depending on travel distance to the signing location and if I am to provide witnesses for the signing or the signer is to provide the witnesses for the signing. I can print the mortgage documents and bring them to the client for an additional printing fee
Apostille Documents Fees
Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, court orders, or any other document issued by a federal agency or certified by an American or foreign consul. My fees range between $250 and $500 depending on the number of the documents that need to get apostille.

- Is the signer drugged? Make sure they understand the notarization of the documents.

- Do you have the ID in your hand?
- Please confirm you have the document(s) and they are filled out completely.
Payment Options
We accept Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and Check (only acceptable for fees over $150).
